At StyleAni, we know sometimes gear doesn’t fit expectations. Our straightforward Return & Refund policy ensures you can swap or return items within 30 days, no hassle. We inspect every piece for quality—if it’s unworn and tags intact, we’ll process your request quickly to keep you moving.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition

With original tags attached

Returned in their original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration may not be accepted for return.
You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@styleani.com and include your order number in your email.
Returns sent back without first requesting a return authorization may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@styleani.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service (FedEx, UPS, USPS) when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only (including pre-paid credit cards) if the return meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet the return eligibility requirements, the return may be declined or sent back to the customer.
